Charlie Facini, CEO of Freehand Graphics, Inc., the driving force behind the company, sets the standard ensuring you get the best products and service at professional speed. His career spans five decades that includes a successful screen print company, business consulting, as well as software/solutions development.
A trained commercial artist at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan turned screen printer in 1983, Charlie transformed traditional art skills over to computer graphics in the late 1980’s which ultimately lead to his career as a software developer. He started sharing his art, computer and screen print experience through a tech column starting in 1995. As a decade long contributing writer for Impressions Magazine, this first ever industry computer graphics technology column titled “Computer Wiz” served new users and veterans alike bridging old world art and separations skills to the new computer era.
Hosting countless seminars as a traveling graphics/print consultant, Charlie directly trained hundreds of artists through his private Manhattan-based computer graphics consulting, developing a reputation for having “a no nonsense, fact-driven approach to graphics and print problem solving”.
